Let’s talk about what’s slowing you down.
Whether you are weighing a move to managed IT, staring down a compliance deadline, or tired of being the person everyone calls when the network goes down, we will listen first and tell you straight what we would do.
Covenant Technology Solutions is a Pacific Northwest Managed Intelligence Provider. For more than 25 years we have helped organizations in regulated and mission-driven industries stay productive, protected, and ready for what is next.
Fill this out and the right person gets it.
Tell us as much or as little as you would like. This will not disappear into a general inbox.
Before you write, a few common questions.
Do you work with organizations our size?
We work with roughly 100 organizations across the Pacific Northwest, most of them small and mid-sized. If we are not the right fit, we will tell you on the first call.
We already have IT staff. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Co-managed is one of the ways we most often work. Your team keeps control and context while Covenant brings depth for monitoring, Microsoft licensing, cloud architecture, security, and projects.
Can you help with CMMC, HIPAA, CJIS, or CIS 18?
We help you build and document the controls those frameworks call for, so your posture is defensible when someone asks. Certification is awarded to you; our part is the readiness work behind it.
What does the first conversation look like?
About 30 minutes. You describe what is not working and what is coming up. We ask questions, tell you what we would look at first, and send a short written summary.
How quickly can you start?
It depends on scope. Most engagements open with an assessment. Urgent situations, such as an active incident, a failed audit, or a departing IT provider, move faster. Say so in your message.
Do you resell Microsoft licensing?
Yes. We are a Microsoft Cloud Solutions Provider, including Government Cloud options. Licensing is part of a managed relationship, with value in right-sizing spend and configuring the environment securely.
Can we see what this might cost before we talk?
Try the ROI calculator for a rough sense of the numbers, then send a message and we will get specific.
Start with a conversation, not a contract.
No scare tactics and no shelfware. Just a clear picture of where you stand and what we would look at first.
